Рабочие процессы не работают, ошибка

После установки любого из обновлений безопасности .NET Framework за сентябрь 2018 г. для устранения CVE-2018-8421 (уязвимость удаленного выполнения кода .NET Framework) стандартные рабочие процессы SharePoint перестают работать. При возникновении этой проблемы в журнал заносится запись об ошибке следующего вида:

Запись об ошибке предполагает, что System.CodeDom.CodeBinaryOperatorExpression не включен в авторизованные типы.

Причина

Workflow Foundation (WF) запускает рабочие процессы только тогда, когда все зависимые типы и сборки авторизованы в файле конфигурации .NET (или добавлены явно через код) в следующем дереве web.config:

<System.Workflow.ComponentModel.WorkflowCompiler>

Однако после обновления некоторые типы, используемые готовыми рабочими процессами SharePoint, которые ранее не требовались, теперь требуются.

Примечания

После установки обновления необходимо запустить мастер настройки продуктов SharePoint, чтобы исправление было полностью применено.
